Every good boat has a name, but not every boat has a good name. I’ll let you decide if my boat name is good or not. It’s “Qwicherbichin.” Can you guess why?

I don’t know what it is, but someone starts complaining every time we get on the boat. Why? We have chosen exactly where we want to be. We came here to have fun. We came here to relax and unwind. We came here to enjoy God’s creation. Qwicherbichin!

In August, Gary Keller kicked off Mega Camp. If you listened to his message, maybe you heard what I did. he said, “Qwicherbichin!” Yes, he was nicer about it, but the message was the same. It’s time that we remember, that the real estate market is neither good nor bad, it’s just the market. We have been given more systems and tools than ever before. There is more opportunity to build wealth today, than at any time in history. There’s only one thing standing in the way. You.

Today, we have a choice. I’m choosing to embrace what is, rather than complain about it.
